AI Product Manager focused on enterprise AI, contextual intelligence, and frontline adoption

I’m an AI Product Manager in NYC, focused on building and scaling enterprise AI products at the intersection of data, intelligence, and real-world operations.

I currently work at a large U.S. retailer, where I lead AI products supporting pan US stores and thousands of users. My work spans AI recommendations, operational intelligence, analytics, and human-in-the-loop workflows, with a particular focus on turning complex data and machine-learning capabilities into systems that people can actually use in the flow of work.

Through this work, I’ve become particularly interested in the gap between an AI system being technically capable and being genuinely useful in a real operating environment. That means understanding what context an agent needs, where it should access information and tools, what it should be permitted to do, how people evaluate its outputs, and where human judgment remains essential.

I write and speak about enterprise AI adoption, contextual AI, and designing intelligent systems for environments beyond the traditional desktop.
