Bio:
Dr. Aleha Ingle is a retired Air Force veteran, accountability expert, keynote speaker, and creator of Accountability Is Uncomfortable. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she challenges conventional thinking by exposing how the normalization of avoidance fuels workplace dysfunction, burnout, and preventable harm. Drawing from organizational psychology, leadership, neuroscience, and lived experience, Dr. Ingle equips leaders with practical tools to build cultures rooted in authenticity, accountability, and empathy. Through powerful storytelling, the Accountability Deck, and engaging keynotes, she inspires audiences to stop normalizing what holds people—and organizations—back.
