Ashis Khan

Bio:

Ashis Khan is a Silicon Valley-based leader in the technology sector, currently serving as the CEO - Americas at Alumnus Software, an embedded and Edge-AI focused software service provider headquartered in India. With a career spanning over 35+ years, he has cultivated a deep expertise in key areas of high-tech business, including product ideation and development, marketing, business development, and revenue generation. In various CXO/VP roles, Ashis has driven growth and innovation across a wide array of high-tech sectors, from embedded computing (at Intel, MIPS, Cirrus Logic) to mobile infrastructure (TelASIC/MTI) to IIOT & Industrial AI (L&T, relayr/Munich Re, UnifyTwin/Rockwell Automation) and Agentic AI (Konfer, Intelligent Shopfloor). 

Ashis holds an MSEE from Stony Brook University and a B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur. He serves as the Conference Chair for the IIT Bay Area Leadership Conference, is a Board Member of IIT Bay Area Alumni, and a mentor at IIT Startups tech accelerator.
