Frida Stjernholm is an IT leadership and digital transformation expert with over 15 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change. She has worked across industries and organizational types, giving her a unique ability to see both the common pitfalls and the hidden opportunities in transformation journeys.
Throughout her career, Frida has explored the contrasts between total control leadership and trust-based, bold leadership. She has seen first-hand how command-and-control cultures slow innovation - and how leaders who embrace trust, diversity, and courage unlock creativity, resilience, and business value.
Today, Frida serves as Chair of the Board of Sweden’s largest community for women and nonbinary in tech, where she champions inclusion, diversity, and representation in the industry.
