Jackie Mattox is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of WE United, formerly known as Women in Electronics, a global 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Southern California. Jackie launched the organization in 2017 with a bold vision to elevate women into leadership roles within the electronics industry. Today, WE United advocates for leadership grounded in civility, ethics, and humanity, driving systemic progress across the broader technology ecosystem to improve both people and profit outcomes.

Jackie began her career in the electronics industry during her college years at a Southern California firm, where she quickly ascended into leadership roles. With a deep interest in strategic key account relations, negotiation, and supply chain collaboration, she cultivated a reputation for relationship-driven results. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism from California State University, Northridge.

A passionate advocate for systemic change, particularly around women’s issues, Jackie is deeply committed to personal and professional leadership development. Her contributions to the tech sector have earned her recognition, including being named one of the Top 21 Female Influencers in Technology by Startups Magazine.

Beyond her work in technology, Jackie has played an active role in her local community. She was instrumental in the founding of a charter school in Orange County, California, reflecting her dedication to educational advancement. In her personal time, Jackie enjoys hiking, biking with friends, spending time with her dog, relaxing at the beach with her family, and exploring new cultures through travel. She resides in the coastal city of Dana Point, California.
