Jonathan Wan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ironmind.ai, an AI-powered health intelligence company exploring how wearables, sensors, and longitudinal data can make the invisible visible between healthcare visits. His work spans digital health, healthy aging, human performance, and clinical research, with collaborations across Stanford, UCSF, and the NFL Alumni Association.
Jonathan has spent more than 20 years building and commercializing digital platforms across financial services and technology. At Visa, he helped bring connected devices into everyday commerce through initiatives including Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, and Fitbit Pay, experience he now applies to connecting devices, data, AI, and healthcare.
A 13-time Ironman finisher, Jonathan is particularly interested in how wearables can evolve from fitness trackers into a new digital front door for healthcare—transforming continuous, real-world data into actionable insights for clinicians, researchers, and individuals.
