Mihir Shah

Bio:

Mihir Shah is founder of Radarsight, a privacy-first, non-camera mmWave radar sensing device for patient safety. Radarsight was selected as one of 8 from more than 80 applicants for the 2026 Texas Ideation Discovery Bootcamp at UTSA, and it is supported by TX-FAST, the official Texas SBIR support program. The project is advised by clinicians and researchers from health system and university settings, and it is connected to active research collaborations with the UTSA Center for Data Science and Texas A&M University San Antonio.

Mihir is also AI Solutions Engineer and Director of Business Development at Akshar IT Solutions, where he architects enterprise AI solutions for Fortune 100 financial services, manufacturing and healthcare clients. He is co-founder of Learn2AI, the AI workforce training provider approved by the City of San Antonio, which trained more than 250 professionals across 14 cohorts in its first year and is a named industry partner of the UTSA Center for Data Science.

Over 15 years, Mihir has delivered enterprise AI, ERP and cybersecurity programs for organizations including S&P Global, across the United States, India, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom. He serves on the board of Emerge and Rise, hosts the AI Edge Podcast, and has spoken at San Antonio Startup Week and Austin Tech Week. His work on AI workforce development has been featured on KENS 5.
