Steven is an experienced digital solutions leader, bringing over 30 years of experience driving digital modernization and enterprise technology adoption across sectors including travel, healthcare, education and finance. He specializes in developing long-term relationships with visionary customers, helping craft and realize strategies for data, analytics, AI, cloud and IoT, aligning customer organizational goals with product and technology roadmaps to unlock multiple returns on investment for the mutual benefit of clients and Klika Tech. Before joining Klika Tech, Steven held roles including Strategic Client Partner at DataArt and Senior Director of Client Partnerships at EPAM Systems, where he led large-scale engagement strategies, cultivated executive-level relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and architected scalable, future-proof solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Information Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, where he was active in the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE).
