Bio:
Dr. Thomas H. Treutler is an interim and fractional executive who helps machine builders, plant engineers, and industrial companies turn AI into revenue and margin rather than pilots. A physicist by training, he has spent his career where hard technology meets the operating statement.
His corporate background includes Bosch, and he worked at Twinner, the vehicle-scanning company, where automotive gave him a close view of how sensing, computer vision, and AI reach the plant and the field. Today he advises industrial and physical-AI ventures through his practice, StrategyMinds, and works with mid-market manufacturers on where AI actually pays.
His current focus is physical AI on the factory floor, together with digital and sovereign AI and the economics of edge deployment. He is also the author of Accidental Strategy (2024), and writes on why trusted human networks become the scarce asset as the cost of building software falls toward zero.
