Tori McCaffrey

Bio:

Tori McCaffrey is a product leader specializing in AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, and edge computing for mission-critical environments. As Head of Federal Product at Armada, she focuses on advancing edge infrastructure and AI deployment capabilities for government and defense customers, enabling resilient compute and intelligence in disconnected and bandwidth-constrained environments.

Prior to Armada, she led the strategy, development, and launch of ConductorOS at BigBear.ai, an AI and data orchestration platform designed to operationalize machine learning at the tactical edge through real-time inference, sensor fusion, autonomous systems integration, and distributed AI deployment. She also served as a founding member of BigBear.ai’s AI Governance Committee, helping establish frameworks for responsible AI development and oversight.

Previously, Tori held leadership roles at IBM Watson Health, where she managed large-scale AI, data, and cloud modernization initiatives, oversaw strategic research partnerships, and helped drive innovation across machine learning, open-source technologies, and advanced analytics. Beginning her career as a data scientist, Tori has spent more than a decade at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and operational execution.
