Victoria Ekwenuke

Bio:

Victoria Ekwenuke is a founder and former global brand leader exploring how robotics, AI and automation can reshape physical service environments. Her background spans Meta, eBay, Unilever, Wrigley and Colgate-Palmolive, with experience in consumer insight, category creation and global brand building.

She is currently building FASS, a hospitality venture focused on higher-frequency use of physical space and the operating systems required to make those spaces ready for repeated use. Through field research across more than 70 hotels in multiple U.S. markets, she identified turnover, inspection, restocking and readiness as key operational constraints limiting greater utilization of hospitality spaces.

Her work now focuses on how commercially valuable physical workflows can become increasingly automated, and how hospitality can serve as a practical deployment environment for service robotics, physical AI and autonomous operations.
