Bio:
Dr. Vjekoslav Matić is Senior Director of Global Technical Marketing for Radar in automotive, industrial, consumer and robotics applications at Infineon Technologies Austria AG. Since 2012, he has led engineering teams responsible for radar system and MMIC product definition, as well as customer design-in support for automotive radar solutions, including signal processing and software development.
Previously, Dr. Matić served as Head of Application Engineering for the Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, Wireless Control, Time-of-Flight and LIDAR product lines. He also spent seven years as Program Manager for automotive Remote Keyless Entry RF-CMOS transmitters, receivers, and transceivers.
Prior to joining Infineon, he worked as a digital design engineer at Dialog Semiconductor, a researcher at Joanneum Research in Graz working on digital satellite communications, and a university assistant at the University of Zagreb.
Dr. Matić is a Senior Member of IEEE and holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and a Ph.D. from Graz University of Technology, Austria.
