Mike Housholder

Bio:

Mike Housholder is Vice President and General Manager of the Thermal Management Business Unit at xMEMS Labs, where he leads the strategy, commercialization, and market adoption of the company's solid-state µCooling™ technology. With more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Mike has held leadership positions spanning product management, business development, and technology commercialization at InvenSense, Marvell Semiconductor, Cadence, and Synopsys. At xMEMS Labs, he focuses on advancing silicon-native thermal management solutions for Edge AI smartphones, glasses, wearables, robotics, and AI infrastructure applications including storage and silicon photonics. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside and is a frequent speaker on thermal management, semiconductor innovation, and enabling technologies for next-generation intelligent systems.
