Scott Smyser

Bio:

Scott Smyser is a seasoned commercial executive with over 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and business development across the semiconductor, MEMS, and photonics industries. At Nanoveu’s EMASS semiconductor business, he directs global go-to-market strategy for its innovative Edge AI solutions. Throughout his career, Scott has launched and scaled advanced technology businesses, built high-performing sales teams, and secured strategic partnerships with leading consumer electronics and medical device OEMs. His leadership spans a range of pioneering companies, including Si-Ware Systems, Rockley Photonics, and VTI Technologies (now Murata), as well as MEMS foundry organizations such as Atomica. He brings deep expertise in complex solution selling, customer engagement from concept to production, and navigating emerging technology markets.

Scott holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and has completed executive education in Chief Revenue Officer leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
