The new TMF8829 multi-zone dToF sensor has opened a world of opportunities for cost effective 3D sensing without the use of intrusive cameras.  From detecting the size and location of a coffee cup, the shape of a leaf, how large an object is to determining how many people are in the room, this new sensor, when coupled with AI technology is changing the field of 3D vision.

This session will provide a brief technology overview, and then step through a real world case study highlighting various tools and techniques aimed at simplifying development.
