In today’s rapidly advancing smart manufacturing and industrial IoT environments, achieving real-time, high-fidelity vibration monitoring is critical for enabling predictive maintenance and maximizing operational efficiency. Emerging vibration sensing MEMS technology can deliver performance traditionally limited to piezoelectric sensors, offering comparable wide bandwidths and ultra-low noise floors, and the availability of a digital ASIC opens up the opportunity to integrate fully digital, edge-computing capabilities.
