Speaker Agreement 
Submit ASAP. Click Here to review and sign your agreement to confirm your status as a speaker. 

Headshot and Bio
Help us showcase you! Submit your high-res headshot (JPEG, PNG, GIF) and a 100-word bio for event website and mobile app. Send to David Drain at [email protected]. 

Session Review
Ensure your session details are accurate on the Sensors Converge website. Need changes? Email David Drain at [email protected]. 

Presentation Submission – Due by June 3, 2025 to Alex Lombardo [email protected]

  • Not required, but encouraged
  • Submit PPT and PDF format
  • Use 16:9 layout and event template
  • ALL slide submissions MUST follow the requirements. Speakers who fail to provide the materials correctly might not be considered for future speaking opportunities.

 

On-Site AV & Tech

Each room includes: 

  • LCD projector (16:9), screen, wired lav mic, podium, PC laptop
