Thank you for speaking at Sensors Converge 2024. Your contribution to the event will make it the most successful Conference yet. Below is a roundup of all of the important information you need to know to maximize your time pre-event and on-site. Plus, spread the word about your conference presentation through social media, newsletters, and personal invitations with the helpful resources below.

SPEAKER IMPORTANT INFORMATION & DEADLINES

Speaker Agreement - Submit as soon as possible.

We require each individual speaker to sign and return a speaker agreement and speaker appearance release prior to the show. Your signed agreement confirms your intent to speak at the event. Please Click Here to review and sign your agreement to confirm your status as a speaker. 

Headshot and Bio- Submit as soon as possible.

Please submit your headshot and bio for the website. We update the Sensors Converge website and mobile app with all speaker biographies and head shots. If you haven't already, please send a short bio (approximately 100 words) and a head shot (high res jpeg, .png, or .gif) as soon as possible. You can view speaker profiles HERE.

Session and Profile Review

Please review your session on the Sensors Converge website and profile to ensure accuracy. If edits need to be made, please email Lucia Contreras at [email protected].

PowerPoint Deadline and Requirements: June 3, 2024.

Please note: Presentations are not required. Show Management will provide a title slide if no presentation is submitted. 

Any PowerPoint presentations are due to Alexanne Marousis; [email protected]  by June 3, 2024. All conference session content must be non-commercial and educational in nature, and the promotion of a specific person or company and/or its products or services is NOT permitted. Speakers must use the template below. 

ALL slide submissions MUST follow the requirements below. Speakers who fail to provide the materials correctly might not be considered for future speaking opportunities.

o   Presentations must be submitted in a PDF and PPT format

o   Make sure your presentation is in 16:9 format

o   Use event template


AV Equipment & Electrical Needs

Any special requests must be submitted via email by May 17, 2024.  Each conference room will be equipped with the following standard audio/visual equipment:

o   High resolution LCD projector and screen (16:9) format

o   One wired lavaliere microphone

o   Podium with microphone

o   One PC laptop computer

Sounds capability is NOT provided in each room. If you will need audio for video playback, please let us know which type of video player you will be using (QuickTime, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, etc.). For more information, please contact  Alexanne Marousis; [email protected]

SPEAKER REGISTRATION & BENEFITS

Registration

As a conference speaker, you receive a complimentary VIP Pass to the expo and conference. You receive full access to all onsite receptions, exhibitions, entertainment, conference lunches, and sponsored trainings.  

Benefits

  • One additional guest pass, we invite you to share your Sensors Converge experience with a colleague. A code will be shared with you to register your guest.
  • A $100 discount off a VIP or Conference Pass for your network (unlimited use). Share code: SC24SPEAKER to your network of colleagues to enjoy some savings. You can begin circulating this discount straightaway.
  • All speakers have the opportunity to submit a blog and/or article to be posted on https://www.fierceelectronics.com/ to better promote their session.
