SPEAKER IMPORTANT INFORMATION & DEADLINES
Speaker Agreement - Submit as soon as possible.
We require each individual speaker to sign and return a speaker agreement and speaker appearance release prior to the show. Your signed agreement confirms your intent to speak at the event. Please sign electronically sign the Sensors Converge Speaker Agreement found HERE.
Headshot and Bio- Submit as soon as possible.
Please submit your headshot and bio for the website. We update the Sensors Converge website and mobile app with all speaker biographies and head shots. If you haven't already, please send a short bio (approximately 100 words) and a head shot (high res jpeg, .png, or .gif) as soon as possible. You can view speaker profiles HERE.
Session and Profile Review
Please review your session on the Sensors Converge website and profile to ensure accuracy. If edits need to be made, please email Lucia Contreras at [email protected].
PowerPoint Deadline and Requirements: June 2nd, 2023.
PowerPoint presentations are due to Kim Carnero at [email protected] by June 2nd,2023. All conference session content must be non-commercial and educational in nature, and the promotion of a specific person or company and/or its products or services is NOT permitted. Speakers must use the template below.
ALL slide submissions MUST follow the requirements below. Speakers who fail to provide the materials correctly might not be considered for future speaking opportunities.
o Presentations must be submitted in a PDF and PPT format
o Make sure your presentation is in 16:9 format
AV Equipment & Electrical Needs
Any special requests must be submitted via email by May 12th. Each conference room will be equipped with the following standard audio/visual equipment:
o High resolution LCD projector and screen (16:9) format
o One wired lavaliere microphone
o Podium with microphone
o One PC laptop computer
Sounds capability is NOT provided in each room. If you will need audio for video playback, please let us know which type of video player you will be using (QuickTime, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, etc.). For more information, please contact Kim Carnero ([email protected]).

SPEAKER REGISTRATION & BENEFITS
Registration
As a conference speaker, you receive a complimentary All Access Pass to the expo and conference – we take care of getting you registered so you don’t have to. You receive full access to all onsite receptions, exhibitions, entertainment, conference lunches, and sponsored trainings. You will receive a registration confirmation approximately two weeks prior to the show. Upon arrival, you can retrieve your speaker access collateral at the speaker ready room.
Benefits
- One additional guest pass, we invite you to share your Sensors Converge experience with a colleague. A form will be shared with you closer to the event to register your guest.
- A $100 discount off an All-Access or Conference Pass for your network (unlimited use). Share code: SC23SPEAKER to your network of colleagues to enjoy some savings. You can begin circulating this discount straightaway.
- All speakers have the opportunity to submit a blog and/or article to be posted on https://www.fierceelectronics.com/ to better promote their session. The articles should be between 400-500 words and contain at least one educational action item. For more information, please email Matt Hamblen at [email protected].

We have negotiated travel discounts and secured several blocks of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Santa Clara is affordable. You'll want to book early to get the best selection! Housing deadline for discounted rooms is Thursday, May 25, 2023, or when rooms sell out.

Speakers are encouraged to promote their sessions through personal invitations and social media outlets, blogs, and digital newsletters. Take advantage of the resources below to share your participation, including social media images and examples, banner ads, event logos, invitation copy, and more.
